Founded by Roland Pereira, RP Capital Lending is the evolution of a vision — combining deep real estate experience with financial expertise. Since 2006, Roland has been active in the Florida real estate market across fix & flips, multifamily projects, and commercial ventures. Over time, he saw firsthand how lack of speed, transparency, or flexibility in financing holds back many investors’ opportunities.
To bridge that gap, RP Capital Lending was born — a boutique, investor-centric lender focused solely on real estate investor deals. We don’t dabble in consumer lending or personal lines of credit. Our singular focus allows us to move fast, think creatively, and serve you better.
